Marco Polo Hostel

Located in the city centre and in the neighbourhood of teeming nightlife of Budapest, Marco Polo Hostel offers affordable accommodation with clean and tidy rooms, within walking distance from the major sights of Budapest.

National Museum and Great Synagogue are just a few minutes’ walk from the hostel, while the heart of the city with its lovely pedestrian streets, cafés and shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

Due to its excellent public transportation connections, Marco Polo is also an ideal base for exploring the entire city.

Rooms

In this large, five-storey hostel everyone can find its preferred room type. Single, twin, triple, quad private rooms and also 12-bedded dormitories are available at Marco Polo.

All of them feature telephone, TV and private bathroom, except for the dormitory that has a dedicated bathroom (inside the room) with two sinks, showers and WCs. Each spacious 12 bed room is divided into 2-bunk areas with their own lockers. All rooms have been refurbished in 2011.

Services

Marco Polo Hostel offers a wide range of facilities and services for its guests. The reception desk is open in 24 hours, room service is available and you can keep your most valuable belongings in mini safes for free of charge. Internet access (surcharge), washing machine, dryer, luggage room, shared kitchenette, baby beds, free ironing facilities, hair dryers and complimentary newspaper are also at guests’ disposal. Secured parking is available nearby.
