Opera Residence

The new apartments are housed in a recent building situated in a quiet street of the city centre, right behind the Opera House. Due to its central location you can explore the main sights of the city centre on foot, such as Saint Stephen’s Basilica, Parliament, Váci utca and the Andrássy Avenue.

Restaurants, cafés, bars and the most popular theatres are also within a stone’s throw from here.  The closest underground stop Opera (M1) is easily reachable within a 2 minute walk, making these centrally located first class apartments in Budapest an excellent starting point, both for business travellers and for tourists. Opera Residence provides a carefree and relaxing stay in the very heart of the teeming cultural and nightlife of Budapest.

Apartments and studios

The Opera Residence Budapest offers fully furnished apartment-style accommodations. Small apartments (studios) can accommodate 1 or 2 persons on 38 sqm, while the 55 square meter units ensure comfortable stay for up to 4 or 5 guests. Apart from size and capacity both types feature the same equipment and comfort.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area; microwave oven, fridge, hot plate with oven, toaster, electric kettle, glass and china ware, cutlery sets and dishes.  Bathrooms are equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, separate toilets, bath tub with shower and towels.

Rooms feature TV with international channels, free Wi-Fi and extra bed on request, DVD player, wardrobe, double bed, night table, standing lamp and all the beddings. The Opera Residence is particularly suitable for bigger families or bunches of friends, since they will be able to rent two or more apartments in the same building.

 

Services
