Prater Residence

Opened in 2011, Prater Residence apartment house offers well-equipped and stylish apartments  next to the Corvin Shopping Centre in a peaceful street, within five minutes walking distance from the nearest metro line that takes you to the city centre in a couple of minutes.

The apartments are situated in a brand new building with garage as well as elevator and they are surrounded by a newly built business and residential quarter including a pedestrian area with nice cafés and restaurants. In the neighbouring shopping centre you will find several fast fashion shops and a large supermarket with a wide range of goods.

Apartments

Whether on business or holiday, each of the 24 apartments is designed to serve guests’ peaceful relaxation in comfort and style.  Apartments come with LCD/plasma TV, climate control and free WiFi. The bright apartments at Residence Prater feature wooden floors, functional furniture, anti-allergic bedding and built-in wardrobes.

All one- and two-bedroom apartments have their own balcony. The spacious living rooms with the huge dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, coffee/tea maker and all accessories to prepare your meal) offer everything you might need for your comfort. The bathrooms feature bathtub, the two-bedroom apartments offer two toilets.

The apartments are ideal for families (baby cot on request), bunch of friends as well as couples and business visitors. Each apartment has two rollaway sofa beds in the living room that turns this room into a third bedroom, so either 4 guests can sleep in a one-bedroom apartment or 6 guests can sleep in a two bedroom flat with a maximum of 2 persons in each room.

The residence features a 24-hour reception desk with multilingual staff and a safety deposit box where you can leave your most valuable belongings.
