How can I make a reservation online?
Please click on the Book Now button on the hotel page. Please set your arrival and departure dates. Please choose the desired offer and the number of rooms necessary. Please click on the Room Reservation button. Please fill out the booking form with your personal data and credit card details. Click on the Room Reservation button. You will receive your confirmation by email in a few minutes.
What if the hotel is not available?
If you can’t find the rooms you need please send us an enquiry. Sometimes we can find you the last available rooms even when the hotel seems to be full. Sometimes a cancellation occurs and some rooms free up. If the hotel is completely full anyway, we send you an alternative offer for another hotel with similar location and price range.
How long does it take to get my confirmation?
If you make an online booking you will get an instant confirmation by email in a few minutes. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours you can be sure that some kind of error occured (e.g. your mailbox is full or you provided a wrong email address). If this happens please contact us. If you received a custom offer from us and you are doing an on-request booking we do our best to send your confirmation within 1 business day.
Do you offer cheap room rates?
Our hotel and apartment partners offer us discounted rates which are usually lower that their standard rates. The rates displayed on this site are available only when booking on our websites and generally not available when booking directly at the hotel or other websites.
Are your services free of charge?
Yes. We do not impose a booking fee, a cancellation fee or a modification fee. We never charge your credit card. However, hotels may charge a penalty for no-shows or late cancellations, so please check the booking conditions of the selected hotel before proceeding with your reservation.
How do I pay for my stay?
You never pay to us. You always pay to the accommodation property directly. Payment is usually done on arrival or departure by cash or credit card. However, payment policies can be different for each hotel. Some properties may take cash payment only, others may refuse AMEX cards etc. So please check this information for the selected hotel before proceeding with your booking.
Why do you need my credit card data?
Hotels usually need credit card data as a guarantee for the booking. They generally do not charge it in advance. In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show the hotel may charge the cost of the first night as penalty. However, this is just a general guideline and exact policies vary with hotels. Is it safe to provide my credit card details?
Yes. We use industry standard certified SSL encryption for bookings.
What about advance purchase rates?
Some hotels may offer you different rates based on different cancellation policies. Advance purchase rates usually mean that you get a lower rate if you pay for your room in advance and accept the condition that this payment is non-refundable in the case of modification or cancellation. Will you charge my credit card?
We never charge your credit card. If you book a normal rate hotels will not charge your credit card unless a no-show or late cancellation occurs. However, if you book an advance purchase rate hotels will charge your card with the total cost of your stay shortly after your reservation. Can I make a booking if I don’t have a credit card?
Some hotels accept bookings without credit cards, while others do not. If you do not have a credit card please contact us with your booking request and be sure to indicate that you want to book without a credit card.
Can I book an advance purchase rate without a credit card?
To qualify for an advance purchase rate you have to pay the total cost of your stay in advance. Some hotels accept such payments via international bank transfer, so this might be an option if you have no credit card. However, international bank transfers can take several days so complete, so if you are doing a last minute booking this will not work. Also note that you have to pay the bank wire costs in this case.
